Reconnection - Expression - Connection

Art is an internal release and something I have only recently discovered. I was always instinctively aware of my connection to creativity but somehow put this off due to crippling limiting beliefs. This all changed during Covid and in under two years I had begun my creative journey, writing books for my daughter, developing an online course 'The Letter', writing poetry and lyrics and now painting and digital arts, the sheer facscination with colours, shapes, textures.
